Host your Holiday Party here!  Fully stocked kitchen with double appliances, exquisite lounge, games and game room, piano and guitar to jam by! enting the social floor only: 4 hour time block ($150 plus $50 nonrefundable cleaning deposit); 8 hour time blcok for up to 40 people ($250 plus $75 non-refundable cleaning deposit). 

OR - Rent the entire facility and stay overnight - includes 38 beds and all the shower accommodations ($999 with $150 non-refundable cleaning deposit). 

NOTE: There may be other guests in the building if you do not have an exclusive rental - invite them in for more conversation and comaraderie!
